Pavel Panek, Libochovice 1974. With fittings, base and lid in pressed metal with silver coloured finish (Possibly silver plated). Glue trace from original Glassexport label on side. Vase had been glued into base but has separated. In original cloth lined box (box is in poor condition, no lid)

Glass perfect.
