Umbrella company for several glassworks and refineries that eventually became Crystalex. Some individual names like Borocrystal continued to be so labelled into the 1970s.
First corporate name Borocrystal 1948-53, Umlĕcké Sklo. Then in 1953 Borské sklárny was merged with that to form Borské sklo. 1994 Became Crystalex which was privatised in 1997.
